"You are in total control of your life and in what direction you want it to go. I live the mantra that you can enjoy most things with moderation. Ignorance, though, is the downfall of most people. it is key knowing that when you make a poor decision that you know it is a poor decision. Actions become habits so knowing that that action was potentially detrimental may deter you from making it a habitual problem. Although I don't put into practice all of what James presents, somewhat due to convenience and/or laziness, I certainly appreciate gaining further knowledge to make sure the choices I am making are moving me forward to better health and enjoyed life as I get older.
